You can sort and filter transcripts on the Transcripts Dashboard to quickly access a specific transcript.
Sort and Filter the Transcripts Dashboard
1. Navigate to the Transcripts Dashboard from the global navigation bar.
2. To sort or filter by client name, click the Client column header.
Input a client's name into the Search values box.
Select the contact and click Apply.
3. Sort scheduled requests by clicking the Schedule column header.
Choose to sort from oldest to newest or newest to oldest.
Click Apply.
4. To sort or filter by the most recent transcript pull attempt, click the Latest Attempt column header.
Select a date range from the left side of the dropdown menu, or create a custom date range with the calendar.
5. To sort by the last successful pull, click the Last Successful Pull column header.
Choose to sort from oldest to newest or newest to oldest.
Click Apply.
6. To sort or filter by the request status, click the Status column header.
Search for a pull status in the Search values box.
Select the applicable pull status and click Apply.
7. Sort by the POA expiration date by clicking the POA Expiration column header.
Choose to sort from oldest to newest or newest to oldest.
Click Apply.
