Tips for Tax Prep Fields

Recurrence on Mobile vs. Web
Heads up! These instructions only apply for the New Recurrence Scheduler Beta. For more information on how to use the new scheduler, click here!
Important: Recurrence settings are web-only. On mobile, you’ll see a notice that recurrences must be configured on the web.
Create recurring tasks via template: If you apply a task template that already has recurrence configured (on web), the task you create on mobile will inherit that recurrence.
Editing the scheduler: You cannot edit the recurrence scheduler on mobile. To modify Repeats / Create / Due / Repeats until, open the task on the web and adjust there.
Tip: If you frequently create recurring tasks on mobile, keep a set of ready-to-use recurring templates built and maintained on the web.
Create & Manage
Tap Create and manage to open the Task Workspace and begin work immediately, or tap Create and save to save a draft and finish later.
