Archive a File or Folder
When to use this: You're cleaning up a client's workspace and no longer need a folder or file active.
Click Clients on the global navigation bar.
Search for the client, or select them from the Client List.
Go to Files.
Locate the file or folder you want to archive.
Use the search bar to find it by name.
Right-click the file or folder, then select Archive.
Archiving a folder also archives all subfolders and files inside it, keeping their structure intact.
Restore an Archived Folder
When to use this: You need the whole folder back, structure and all.
Click Archived Files in the bottom left.
Right-click the folder you want to restore.
Select Restore.
Restoring a folder brings back all of its subfolders and files in their original structure.
Click Return to Active Files to confirm the folder is back in place.
Restore Specific Files from an Archived Folder
Skip this section if you need the entire folder back — see Restore an Archived Folder instead.
Click Archived Files in the bottom left.
Open the archived folder or subfolder containing the file you need.
Select the file(s) you want to restore, then right-click.
Select Restore.
Only the selected file is restored — the rest of the folder remains archived.
Permanently Delete an Archived File
Click Archived Files in the bottom left.
Right-click the file you want to delete.
(Optional) Click Preview to view the file before deletion.
Select Permanently Delete.
This action cannot be undone.
Click Return to Active Files to go back.
