You can reset your password on the Canopy log-in page.
If you are unable to reset your password, contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To get started, navigate to the Canopy login screen.
1. Click Forgot your password?
2. Type in your Email in the field provided.
3. Check the I’m not a Robot reCaptcha box.
4. Click Reset password.
An email will send to the email address you provided.
You'll see a prompt to enter a new password through the email you receive.
