A team lead uses this report in weekly team meetings to review staff workload and subtask progression. For instance, they might notice that one employee has a high number of subtasks 'in progress' while another has many in 'not started' prompting a conversation about workload distribution.

Actionable Insights

Visibility into team workload by showing how many subtasks each assignee has across various statuses. Identify imbalances in subtask assignment to support workload reallocation.
