Time Entry Start Date - Rolling date filter of previous 30 days


Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms

  • Client Name - Customer name, if a display name exists, that will be the primary search term. If there is no display name, first and last name will be displayed.

  • Time Entry Hours - Length of time entry.

  • Time Entry Start Date - Starting timestamp of time entry duration.

  • Time Entry User Name - The name of the team member who logged time.
    ​


Report Structure Overview

  1. Time Entry Start Date Filter - Filtered for the previous 30 days

  2. Y - Axis - Time Entry Hours

  3. X - Axis - Time Entry Start Date organized daily

  4. Values - Total Time Entry Hours for that day

  5. Legend - Time Entry User Name segmented by color

Suggested Modifications: Want to see how many hours every individual logged?

  1. Navigate to the Configure panel on the right-hand side.

  2. Select Total Time Entry Hours.

  3. Scroll down to the Display section.

  4. Check the box next to Detail Labels.


Primary Use Case Scenario

A Team Lead checks this report daily to ensure that all team members are logging time consistently and on a daily basis and monitor daily workload trends to prevent burnout or underutilizataion.

Quick visual confirmation of which team members are logging expected daily hours and provide early detection of missed or delayed time entries, allowing for timely follow up.
