The Archive option is not available on closed engagements

✅ Accept Engagements
Controls whether users can accept engagements on a client’s behalf.

Accept engagements for clients
Move engagements out of the Awaiting Acceptance status

When this permission is turned off
The Accept button is removed:
When creating an engagement
When viewing an engagement awaiting acceptance
✅ Notes for Admins
View Engagements acts as the parent permission — disabling it removes access to all Engagement features.
Most Engagement actions are cascading, meaning turning off higher-level permissions automatically disables related actions.
