Manage Comments & Insights Permissions

Updated over 3 weeks ago

How Do Comments and Insights Permissions Work?

This article explains how Comments and Insights permissions control user access, including what each permission allows, required licenses or dependencies, and what users can or cannot access when permissions are disabled.

Why This Matters

Understanding these permissions helps you correctly configure permission sets during implementation and quickly diagnose access issues—especially when users report missing options, read-only behavior, or unavailable navigation items.
