The Engagements tab on a client record in the Practitioner App lets you view a client's engagements, open engagement PDFs, check signer status, and see linked active tasks from your mobile device.

This tab is read-only. You cannot create or edit an engagement from the Practitioner App. Engagement creation remains on desktop.

Open the Engagements Tab

  1. Log in to the Canopy Practitioner App.

  2. Tap Clients and select the client you want to review.

  3. Scroll over and tap the Engagements tab.

  4. The engagement list displays all engagements for that client, with the status of each.

Review an Engagement

Tapping an engagement opens its details, including the engagement PDF, signers, and any linked tasks.

  1. Tap any engagement to open its details.

  2. To view the full details of the engagement, tap to open the engagement PDF.

  3. Scroll to review the full document.

  4. Tap to return to the engagement details.

Check Signers and Signing Status

  1. From the engagement details, tap the Signers tab.

  2. Review each signer and their current signing status.

  3. The primary signer and payer are identified in this list.

  2. Review the tasks linked to this engagement.

Note: Only active tasks appear here. Completed tasks linked to the engagement are not shown in this tab. Review those on the client's task list.
