Active

This saved filter view shows engagements that are signed and accepted by clients.

All Engagements

This includes any drafted engagements.

Awaiting Acceptance

This means Canopy is waiting on a client to accept a sent engagement.

Proposals

These are the drafts of engagements.

Note: As time goes on, one more saved filter view will populate within the Engagements List: Expired

This will hold any engagements where the end date has passed.

Columns

Every saved filter view has the same column headers:

  • Engagement name

  • Client name

  • Service items

  • Engagement items

  • Assignee(s)

  • Status

  • Start date

  • End date

  • Creation date

  • Accepted date

  • Tasks

For a more personalized experience, you can click and drag columns up or down the line, whatever you prefer. We also give you the option to resize the width of the columns!

Filters

You can filter all columns in the list, so feel free to use it to your heart's content!

Canopy Tip: Make sure you're clicking on the arrow itself in the column header or else the filter options won't populate.

You'll notice pagination at the bottom of the screen. This may not seem important to you now, but when you're up to your ears in engagements, you'll be happy to have this feature!

Instead of a continuous scroll, simply click the arrows to move forward or backward in the Engagements List. Also, feel free to change how many engagements you can see on the page at one time:

  • 50

  • 100

  • 200

Now that you've got the ins and outs of the Engagements List down... Give yourself a pat on the back, you're an expert on the Engagements List!
