Create and Send a Questionnaire
Click the Global Plus Icon.
Select Questionnaire from the menu.
Choose a Template.
Add your Client.
(Optional) Set a Due Date and Reminder.
Click Create.
Click Send in the upper-right corner.
💡 Reminder: Setting a due date and reminder helps ensure client follow-up—especially helpful during tax season.
Track the Questionnaire Task
Once the questionnaire is sent, a corresponding task is automatically created. You can use this to:
Monitor client completion
Set internal follow-ups
Keep team members aligned
Use Ai Pre-fill to autofill Questionnaires (coming soon)
