Need-to-Know Glossary of Terms
Time Entry Hours - Length of time entry.
Time Entry Start Date - Starting timestamp of time entry duration.
Service Item Name - Refers to the designation used to identify the specific service billed to the client.
Time Entry User Name - The name of the team member who logged time.

Report Structure Overview
Time Entry Start Date Filter - Filtered for the previous 365 days
Row - Service item name
Expanded Row Level 2 - Time entry user name
Column - Time entry start date monthly (over the last year)
Values - Time entry hours for that month
Grand Totals - Total time entry hours for each row
Suggested Modifications: Want to add Client Name to the report for more visibility?
Add Client Name to the top search bar and click Go.
Navigate to the Configure panel on the right hand side.
Client Name will appear under the section Not Visualize.
Drag it up under the Rows section underneath Time Entry User
Select Apply.

A Managing Partner reviews this report at the end of each month to evaluate how staff time is allocated across the firm's core services and identify service lines that are growing in time demand.
