AI Meeting Notetaker
Meeting Notetaker is available on the Canopy Practitioner App as a view-only feature β you can join a scheduled meeting from your phone and access notes and transcripts directly in the app.

Required: β οΈ Meeting Notetaker must be enabled on the web before it will work on mobile. See Meeting Notetaker setup.
π‘ Beta: This feature is in Beta. Enable it in Settings > Experimental Features.
Why it matters: If you're away from your desk when a client call wraps up, you can pull up the AI summary and follow-up list from your phone without waiting to get back to your computer.

View Meeting Notes in the Global Inbox
Log in to the Canopy Practitioner App.
Tap Inbox in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the Meeting Notes tab.
Tap a meeting to open it.
Each meeting is titled based on the calendar meeting name.
The recording date and whether the meeting was internal or with a client are shown below the title. For client meetings, the client name displays under the date.
Review a Meeting Note
The steps below apply whether you opened the note from the Global Inbox or a Client Record.
Tap the Summary AI tab to view the AI-generated summary.
Below the summary, review the follow-up items list. Tap the checkboxes to mark items complete.
Participant emails are listed at the bottom of this tab.
Tap the Meeting Transcript tab to view the full transcript.
Timestamps and participant names are displayed throughout the transcript.
Summary
The Canopy Practitioner App lets you view AI meeting summaries, follow-up lists, and full transcripts from any scheduled meeting recorded with Meeting Notetaker. To use this feature on mobile, make sure Meeting Notetaker is enabled on the web first.
