Shared Task Filter Views

What’s new?
Admins can now create and share task filter views across the firm.

  • Shared filters update automatically for all recipients.

  • No more manual setup at each workstation or firm-wide “update your filters” reminders.

  • Prevents errors from outdated or inconsistent views.

Why it matters
This was a top 10 Workflow request and a major pain point during onboarding and busy season. Shared filters save setup time, reduce miscommunication, and keep task lists consistent across the firm.


Task Comments Enhancements on Mobile

What’s new? (Mobile 2.13.0 update)
Building on July’s initial release of mobile task comments, you can now:

  • Add files (via scan, photos, or files app).

  • Manage thread notifications and participants.

  • Set comment reminders.

  • View unread messages more easily and jump to the latest comment.

Why it matters
Task collaboration on mobile is now on par with the web, making it easier to stay productive while away from your desk.


Document Checklist & Questionnaire Improvements

What’s new?

  • Bulk Send Document Checklists: Send a checklist to multiple clients at once.

  • Search in Conditional Questions: Quickly find the right trigger question when setting conditions.

Why it matters
These updates speed up client intake and lay the groundwork for upcoming AI-powered Smart Intake features.


Apply Retention Rules to Folder Templates

What’s new?

  • Add retention rules directly to a folder template (1–10 years, archive or no action).

  • Apply to new and existing root folders in bulk.

  • Retention indicators appear directly in the template.

Why it matters
This allows firms to enforce retention policies at scale, saving time and reducing compliance risk.

Review & Submit for Questionnaires

What’s new?

  • Clients: A new Review & Submit page at the end of every questionnaire. Clients can double-check answers and confirm sections before submitting.

  • Practitioners: A Review Responses view shows all client answers in a continuous, searchable format.
